Professional Services Engineer

  •  2 - 5 years previous experience in a Professional Services support role, working directly with customers (face-to-face) as front-line support

  •  Excellent customer facing  and service oriented skills

  •  Self-motivated with very high-quality deliveries, quick and  effective learning skills

  •  Great verbal and written communication skills‏

  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with technical expertise to

     troubleshoot problems raised by customers


Job Requiremets‏:

  • Achieve and maintain high levels of customer product understating‏

  • Collaborate with customer's team to deliver a high quality service‏

  • Deliver technical workshops, presentations and documents‏.

  • Provide and lead training sessions at customer site‏

  • Manage customer expectations and deliver an exceptional service in line with

   contractual obligations

  • Serve as a mentor for product specification

  • Understand customers' requirement for their projects and provide the necessary know-how knowledge accordingly‏

  • Capable of diagnosing and debugging intricate and complex problems those customers are experiencing
